Hundred to One Shot are an apparel and design brand based in Nottingham, England. We can ship worldwide. Please see below the delivery options available. We aim to dispatch deliveries within 2 working days of an order being placed. A business day refers to a day that is not Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday. All orders are sent via Royal Mail to UK customers. We use Royal Mail International Standard delivery to ship elsewhere world wide.
DELIVERY TIME (IN DAYS)
UK Second Class Delivery: 3 - 5 Business days. (UK customers only).
Royal Mail International Standard Delivery: 5 - 7 Business days. (International customers only)
Our prints are dispatched by our supplier The Print Space directly to customers. If ordering a print the following delivery times apply:
UK and EU: 3 - 10 working days
Rest of the World: 9 - 16 working days
SHIPPING TO THE EU
Unfortunately the UK has now left the EU. This means that our EU customers may now have to pay additional charges such as VAT and delivery costs in their own country. Please refer to your countries rules and delivery charges BEFORE purchasing from us to avoid any surprise costs upon receipt of your order.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Hundred to One Shot cannot be held responsible for any transit losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If your address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any customs charges applied to your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Hundred to One Shot you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange or refund by following the steps outlined below.
Products must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as a return. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.
Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, washed or soiled.
If you wish to have an item exchanged for a different size, please include clear instructions on which size you require in your return.
The cost of postage for returning unwanted or incorrectly ordered items is the responsibility of the customer. Return postage must be paid via PayPal. If an item purchased is faulty the cost of return postage will be refunded to the customer upon receipt and review of the product.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Once you place an order with Hundred to One Shot you will have one hour from the time of purchase to cancel before it is fully processed and ready for dispatch. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
